The cooking style is best described as contemporary British, with some modern European influences. Executive chef, David Britton, and his team, create monthly changing menus using the best seasonal and regional produce. All recipes and dishes are entirely homemade. Designed by Noel Pierce, The Cavendish London provides comfortable yet stylish surroundings where you can enjoy sumptuous food, an outstanding wine list and friendly service. The Lobby Bar and The Lounge at The Cavendish London are ideal for a pre-dinner or pre-theatre drink in chic surroundings.

Exterior

In the Edwardian era, The Cavendish London was run by Rosa Lewis, the infamous ‘Duchess of Duke Street’. She was known throughout London Society for her hospitality and cooking.

There are two entrances, one on Jermyn Street and the other on Duke Street. The lobby is small, but furnished with attractive dark wood furniture.
